| The ERPs identified in the Resolution section of this EA provide
the HP Tru64 UNIX modifications necessary to address changes to the
daylight saving rules. The V5.1B-4 and V5.1B-3 kits introduce
changes for systems in the Southeast Australian provinces of
Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia, Tasmania and the
Australian Capital Territory.
The ERP kits also contain the previously released 5.1B-4 and
5.1B-3 timezone changes for the United States, Australia (for both
the Commonwealth games and Western Australia), Bermuda, Brazil,
Canada, Uruguay, the Bahamas, and New Zealand.

| RESOLUTION HP is releasing the following ERP kits
publicly for use by any customer. The ERP kits use dupatch to
install and will not install over any Customer Specific Patches (CSPs)
that have file intersections with the ERP. Contact your service
provider for assistance if the installation of an ERP is blocked by
