| DESCRIPTION This second edition of this Engineering
Advisory (EA) releases a corrected V5.1B-4 version of the Early
Release Patch (ERP). The earlier V5.1B-4 version did not contain the
timezone changes for Western Australia and Canada.
The ERPs identified in the Resolution
section of this Engineering Advisory provide the HP Tru64 UNIX
modifications necessary to address changes to the daylight saving
rules. The V5.1B-4 and V5.1B-3 kits introduce changes for systems in
New Zealand.
The ERP kits also contain the previously released 5.1B-4 and 5.1B-3
time zone changes for the United States, Australia (for both the
Commonwealth games, and Western Australia), Bermuda, Brazil, Canada,
Uruguay, and the Bahamas.

| RESOLUTION HP is releasing the following ERP kits
publicly for use by any customer. The ERP kits use dupatch to
install and will not install over any Customer Specific Patches (CSPs)
that have file intersections with the ERP. Contact your service
provider for assistance if the installation of an ERP is blocked by
any of your installed CSPs.
The fix contained in these ERP kits is targeted for availability
in the following mainstream patch kit:
