Tru64 UNIX® customers running PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications can rest assured that their environment will remain current and supported through the current major release of
PeopleTools.
PeopleSoft certifies PeopleTools, the underlying foundation architecture of all PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications, to run with HP Tru64 UNIX. The specific applications that are built to run on a
particular PeopleTools version are therefore certified.
The following products are currently available on HP Tru64 UNIX:
- PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools 8.22 (the final release in the 8.2x product line)
- PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools 8.46 and 8.47
PeopleTools 8.47 to be sold through 2006 and supported through 2010.
The above products have been certified to run with Tru64 UNIX 5.1B. As 5.1B will be the terminal release of Tru64 UNIX, it is advised to upgrade to this operating system version.
