This manual describes the programming development environment of the Tru64 UNIX operating system, with emphasis on the C programming language. This edition of the manual is an update to the Programmer's Guide supplied with the base operating system. The updated information covers the advanced versions of the Compaq C Compiler, Program Analysis Tools, and Spike post-link optimizer that are included in the Compaq Developers' Toolkit Supplement for Tru64 UNIX.
