- a bug that caused spike to crash
- a problem with the driver not passing a flag to om
This update also contains libots3 V2.1-120 (OTABASE220) which
fixes the following problem relative to OTABASE219:
- Counter overflow problem. In certain instances, barrier
counters could overflow, resulting in potential fatal conditions.

were corrected in Compaq C since V6.0-110 that shipped with
DTKS V4.0F:
- an insufficient virtual memory error when compiling a
version of the OpenSSL source code
- compiler crash while compiling xemacs 21.1.4 with -O4
- compiler crash when using -MD switch in a directory without
write permission
- problem with __CMP_STORE_QUAD builtin
- loop unrolling optimization problem
- problem with an incorrect dead store elimination optimization
- optimization problem in a counted loop at -O2 and above
- alignment traps that were caused by large unaligned structs
passed by value
- performance regression in the AIM7 suite on UNIX V4.0x
